As well as putting on a fantastic food and wine extravaganza and get a load of foodies together, the intention of the day is to raise funds for the fantastic charity Dreams Come True.
Charity Cook School is one of three things I have taken on to raise money for Dreams Come True including Auctioning my chef services for the night and running next year's London Marathon (must be crazy)!
