The idea of the day is to be a food and wine extravaganza. A mixture of hands-on cooking, demonstrations and tastings. Plus a few top tips and tricks along the way.
The day starts off with a coffee and introduction and finishes as we relax and eat the menu we've created with partners, guests and a glass of wine.
So come relaxed and comfortable but be prepared to be inspired, motivated and walk away with a marvellous dish or two.
