Jeff learnt his trade in the kitchens of some of London's finest establishments, from 5* hotels (Claridges) to modern Michelin starred restaurants (The Square).
After training at Harvey Nichols and at Anthony Worrall Thompson's 190,
he was given his first head chef post.
Further stints with Stephen Bull, work abroad in Australia, New Zealand and cooking privately for clients skiing in Austria
added to his repertoire and style.
Not content with just that - to keep his style up to date, Jeff has organised visits to other renowned restaurants in his spare time, working alongside
Alastair Little, Tom Aitkens and Gordon Ramsey.
