Dreams Come True is a fantastic national charity which makes the dreams of terminally or seriously ill children become a reality. The only limit to a dream is a child's imagination.
I first came into contact with them when a friend's boyfriend ran last year's marathon for them and was immediately touched, moved and inspired to do somthing myself.
